Mykonos

Island Magic Between Luxury and Boho Vibes

Turquoise waters, whitewashed houses with blue shutters and the promise of golden sunsets — Mykonos is a dream destination that blends luxury with authenticity, wild parties with peaceful beaches.
For my trip, I had one clear mission: soak up the sun, dance the nights away, swim in crystal-clear water and enjoy amazing food. In this post, I’m sharing my favorite spots, insider tips and everything you need to know for an unforgettable trip to Mykonos. I spent 7 days in Mykonos with a friend and we had an amazing time — so in this post, I’m sharing our insider tips to help you have an unforgettable experience too.

Mykonos Nightlife

Scorpios Mykonos

Scorpios is the ultimate sunset-to-night venue. During the day, it can get a little too hot, but once the sun dips below the horizon, it turns into a magical open-air beach club with amazing music and a chill, boho vibe. Perched on the edge of the island, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views over the ocean while grooving to tunes that blend deep house and tropical beats. It’s luxury meets laid-back, and trust me, you don’t want to miss it.

Kalua Beach Club

Kalua is the place to be during the day if you’re after great music, an awesome beach atmosphere, and a laid-back vibe. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but the experience is worth it. Whether you’re lounging in a beach bed or enjoying a refreshing cocktail, Kalua has chilled vibes in the daytime, but as the night rolls in, the energy shifts. Expect amazing DJ sets, a cool crowd, and an unforgettable beach party scene.

Mykonos Old Town

If you’re into the classic Mykonos nightlife, the Old Town is where it all happens. Clubs, bars and hidden gems are scattered throughout the charming streets. You’ll find everything from intimate bars with signature cocktails to full-blown dance clubs. It’s perfect for a night of hopping from one spot to the next, with the cobblestone streets buzzing with energy late into the night.

Restaurants

Mykonos is full of amazing restaurants — from cozy Greek tavernas to luxury hotspots. We treated ourselves to two special dinners, and both were 100% worth it. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Interni

Tucked away in the heart of Mykonos Town, Interni combines boho-chic design with a lush, tropical atmosphere. Think: whitewashed walls, woven lights, stylish lounge corners and cactus-lined paths — all wrapped in that unmistakable Mykonos magic. The vibe here is effortless yet upscale, perfect for a warm summer night under the stars.

Zuma Mykonos

Zuma is the place to go if you’re craving high-end Japanese cuisine with a view. Located by the sea with an infinity pool setting, this spot blends sleek design, DJ beats and stunning sunset moments. A full-on luxury experience, perfect for a glamorous dinner by the water.

Shopping in Mykonos

Mykonos offers a unique shopping experience, with chic boutiques, designer stores, and artisan markets perfect for finding both luxury items and local treasures. If you’re into luxury brands, Nammos Village is a must-visit – an exclusive shopping destination with high-end boutiques from renowned designers. But even beyond Nammos, Mykonos Town is full of cool shops offering stylish pieces for every budget, from affordable gems to premium designer finds.

Shopping Mykonos

Our hotel

We stayed at a small, charming hotel with a pool and a pool bar. They also served delicious snacks — including Greek salad and Aperol, which quickly became our go-to favorites.

Hotel Mykonos

Summed up in one sentence?
Mykonos hits different — once you’ve felt the vibes, tasted the food and danced under the stars, you’ll be booking your next trip before the tan even fades. Santorini is also a must-visit Greek destination, offering breathtaking views, stunning sunsets, and a unique vibe to explore.
